Recruitment has long been a profession that I have felt drawn to. Having spent over 20 years working in various capacities within the construction (more specifically roofing) industry, I've gained oodles of valuable first hand experience in contracting & site operations, commercial & contract management,  product sales, marketing, business development and health & safety.  To this day, I am still providing consulting services as a freelance QS to clients within the UK roofing sector. 

I chose to move into recruitment as it blended perfectly my existing technical, management, sales and commercial expertise. I am also all too aware of the recruitment challenges that have been facing the roofing sector in recent years, both in terms of labour and skills shortages. I aim to be able to link the best qualified and experienced roofing talent, with the best companies and projects across the UK. I am also keen to encourage new talent to enter into the industry, wherever the opportunities may arise.
